Refund Policy for A2 Assemble Solutions

Client Commitment & Early Termination Clause

By enrolling in credit repair services with A2 Assemble Solutions, the client agrees to a minimum service commitment of three (3) consecutive months, beginning from the initial start date.

Credit improvement is a process that takes time, consistent effort, and active participation. Early cancellation of services prior to the 3-month commitment period disrupts this process and results in time and administrative costs.

Early Termination Fee:

If the client cancels services before completing the 3-month period, a $150 early termination fee will be charged to the payment method on file. This fee is due immediately upon cancellation and is non-refundable.

Failure to pay this fee may result in suspension from future services and may be referred to collections if unresolved within 14 days of the cancellation date.
